Bataan, Philippines – Bataan Real estate developers Asiawide Land Specialist Development Corporation (ALSDC) and Asiana Homes Incorporated (AHI) held its first ever halloween-themed open house last 27 October 2023 entitled, “Hometoberfest and Treats” at ONE Asiawide Land Corporate Center.

Hometoberfest and Treats is an open house for prospective buyers, employees and the homeowners association of Asiana Homes Hermosa which is conceptualized not only for the adults but also for the attendees’ children! The event aims to make the open house more fun not just for the parents but for their whole family as they can bring their kids in halloween costumes and enjoy exclusive games, foods, and prizes. Over 50 children from 0 and up came in costume to join the said open house wherein parents also joined the fun by wearing their wickedly-looking costumes, too.

The children enjoyed different snacks from the food booths and took photos with the ‘Corpse Bride’ who handed over treats and candies to them after.

Aside from the snacks and treats, the children also lined up to get their faces painted.

Come evening time, both the parents and children played at the game booth where they got limited edition Asiawide Land and Asiana Homes merchandise and fun treats.

Meanwhile, ALSDC President and CEO Rexfil C. David expressed his gratitude to the organizers especially to the children and parents who made the event special and fun and hinted the company’s plans to make it a yearly tradition.

At the end of the program, among the best costumes who received cash prizes for the kid’s category were the ones who dressed as the Beast Baby, the Prince, The Grim Ripper, and Maleficent.

As for the grown-up’s category, the Corpse Bride, the Nurse, and the Modern Witch received commendations.
