WRLD Begins Christmas Season with a Lighting Ceremony in Hermosa, Bataan

Hermosa, Bataan – November 22, 2024 – WRLD Capital Holdings Inc., Asiawide Land’s parent company officially ushered in the holiday season with its Christmas Lighting Ceremony, held at One Asiawide Land Corporate Center along the Roman Superhighway, Hermosa, Bataan. The event marked a festive milestone for the company, blending tradition with community engagement to share the joy and warmth of Christmas to the locals of Bataan.

The evening was a vibrant celebration of light, music, and art, showcasing remarkable performances from Bataan’s finest talents. Guests were enchanted by the rhythmic melodies of Banda Kawayan, the grace of Arts in Motion ballerinas, and the electrifying energy of the Zingy Band. Enhancing the festive atmosphere, a bustling food bazaar and live painting sessions brought people together, while a public artboard encouraged attendees to express their creativity.

WRLD’s President and CEO Engr. Rexfil C. David formally opened the ceremony with heartfelt gratitude and reflections on the season’s significance. “Christmas is a time for reflection, compassion, and togetherness,” Engr. David shared. “Through this event and our ‘Season of Sparkle and Joy,’ we hope to inspire one another and celebrate not just the holiday spirit but the strength and unity of our community here in Bataan.”

Engr. David also underscored the importance of generosity and solidarity, especially in light of the recent challenges faced by many Filipinos due to typhoons. In his message, he encouraged everyone to embrace the season’s spirit of giving and renewal.

The Christmas Lighting Ceremony is just the beginning of WRLD’s ‘Season of Sparkle and Joy’, a series of events running until December 22, 2024. Guests can look forward to engaging activities, including small competitions, live busking, caricature painting, and a gift-giving drive. These festivities aim to strengthen community bonds while providing a platform for local artists and entrepreneurs to shine.

The successful event emphasizes WRLD’s commitment to community enrichment, blending holiday traditions with meaningful initiatives.   3. Supervise and ensure the efficient collection of dues in order to ensure that HOA financial requirements are met though timely distribution of invoices.
  4. Maintain administrative procedures in order to ensure an effective and delivery of services by all officer assigned in the property/village.
  5. Over-all in charge of the village management directly related to HOA, key person in overseeing the facilities of all common areas and in constant collaboration with the facility and event/lease officers, conduit of the developer on matters related to lot inventories (including model houses and other structures within the village)
  6. Comply with external regulations such as the laws and ordinances of the locality and apply necessary contingency in order to ensure that all legal requirements are met delivery of basic services is uninterrupted.
  7. Maintains an open line for communications at all times (including holidays and on designated rest days), as first responder for all emergency concerns of the facilities’ and homeowner’s in the assigned property/village.
  8. Coordinate with developer units pertaining to inquiries of records and contractual obligations and act as medium for the implementation of the exercisable limited warranties issued by developer.

  • Communicate any concerns from PRF, PO, and supplier’s receipt/invoiceto PRC/SDO. Secure
    timely resolution of concerns.
  • Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307.
  • Assist in the preparation of summary list of purchases for VAT returns filing and preparation of
    EWT Alphalist.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of accrued expenses account. Submit monthly list of outstanding
    balances.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective
    functioning of the AP Unit.
