Bataan, 2025 – WRLD Capital Holdings, Inc. (WCHI) proudly recognized the outstanding performance of its partner brokers during the Brokers Sales Awarding Ceremony held on July 30 at Crown Royale Hotel, Balanga City, Bataan.

AZBRIC Realty receiving the 2024 Top 1 Broker Award, presented by Mr Paul Geneses Cruz, Deputy President and CEO Lydwena Eco, and Mr. Irvin Paul Pastoriza.

The event paid tribute to the unwavering dedication and contributions of brokers and sales professionals whose efforts in 2024 significantly propelled WCHI’s continued success in delivering premier residential and commercial communities through its brands Atrium, Altierra, Trivea, and Asiana Homes.

The evening’s highlights included the recognition of Top Performers for the Year 2024, Top Brokers for Atrium, Altierra, and Asiana Homes, as well as special recognition for contributors whose efforts in 2024 played a vital role in sustaining WCHI’s growth. Beyond the accolades, the ceremony also served as a platform for strengthening partnerships, exchanging insights, and reaffirming WRLD’s commitment to supporting its sales network.

              revisions/adjustments on the design. 

10. Represent the department on meetings on the absence of the department head.

      11.1 Check if processes indicated on QMS are being followed.

    alterations.
  3. Monitor, maintain, and update relevant tracking systems, such as sales reservation monitoring, lot
    inventory monitoring (online SDP/SDP), Document Clearance, commission and incentives,
    Cancellation Report/Termination Report, etc. as endorsed by the company.
  4. Ensure quality sales and help lower forfeiture rates by following approval matrices endorsed by the
    company.
  5. Offer guidance and support to sales representatives regarding sales reservations to ensure smooth
    transactions at all times, even during holidays, to meet their needs effectively.
  6. Regularly work with the relevant department to formulate and recommend improvements to the
    sales reservation processes. Develops project mastery of all assigned projects and stays up-to-date
    with marketing promos, new product, and feature launches

  2. Prepares, encodes, and prints required Pag-IBIG loan documents; handles notarization,
    annotation, and submission to relevant government offices such as the Registry of Deeds and BIR.
  3. Inputs client information into internal systems and Pag-IBIG’s Dev Entry system, ensuring accuracy
    and completeness of loan application records.
  4.  Conducts credit investigations and employment verifications via email, and confirms membership      status with Pag-IBIG through MSVS processing.

  1. Coordinate with foreman regarding manpower allocation, material acquisition.
  2. Submit report on manpower consumption per item of work every payroll cutoff and compare this report with HR monitoring. Prepare and submit incentive reports for all completed housing projects.
  3. Prepare a summary of materials and manpower monitoring on a monthly basis.
  4. Record all material purchased and transmit the receipts to accounting.
  5. Make sure to transmit all Sales Invoice and proper documentation to the concerned department.
  6. Coordinate all discrepancies on the documents to the Foreman or Site Engineer.
  7. Gather all data and compare it to previous projects. Summarize all reports and approve all solutions and budget reductions.
