Concepcion, Tarlac — Last October 25, the first-ever Smart Run to Altierra, organized by Altierra de Tarlac under Asiawide Land Master Inc. (ALMI) of WRLD Capital Holdings Inc. (WCHI), brought together running enthusiasts, partner sellers, and guests for an invigorating morning of fitness and fun inside the master-planned community of Altierra de Tarlac.

Held in partnership with the NCC Running Club, led by Atty. Catherine Cunanan, and Smoke 10 Events Management, the event served as a refreshing way to celebrate active lifestyles while showcasing the township’s vision for smart and upgraded living in Concepcion, Tarlac. Participants gathered early for 12KM, 6KM, and 3KM runs, taking scenic routes from Altierra de Tarlac to Brgy. Dolores, Capas, Tarlac. With the strong presence of local running communities, the event radiated camaraderie, positivity, and a shared sense of motivation.

Runners were welcomed with hydration stations, upbeat music, and community cheers, turning a simple fun run into an experience that reflected Altierra’s essence: active, balanced, and connected living.

The Smart Run goes beyond physical activity; it embodies the kind of lifestyle that Altierra de Tarlac aims to nurture. By promoting outdoor wellness and encouraging shared experiences, the event highlighted how community life at Altierra extends beyond homeownership into meaningful connections and healthy routines.

The success of the Smart Run underscored how Altierra de Tarlac’s master-planned community is built not only for comfort and connectivity but also for fostering a sense of vitality and well-being among its future residents.         8.1 Examine and provide recommendations on the structural integrity of the structure.

        9.2 Perform regular site inspection to check if there are any site conditions that may require
              revisions/adjustments on the design. 

10. Represent the department on meetings on the absence of the department head.

      11.1 Check if processes indicated on QMS are being followed.

    alterations.
  3. Monitor, maintain, and update relevant tracking systems, such as sales reservation monitoring, lot
    inventory monitoring (online SDP/SDP), Document Clearance, commission and incentives,
    Cancellation Report/Termination Report, etc. as endorsed by the company.
  4. Ensure quality sales and help lower forfeiture rates by following approval matrices endorsed by the

  5. Offer guidance and support to sales representatives regarding sales reservations to ensure smooth
    transactions at all times, even during holidays, to meet their needs effectively.

    annotation, and submission to relevant government offices such as the Registry of Deeds and BIR.
  3. Inputs client information into internal systems and Pag-IBIG’s Dev Entry system, ensuring accuracy

  4.  Conducts credit investigations and employment verifications via email, and confirms membership      status with Pag-IBIG through MSVS processing.

  1. Coordinate with foreman regarding manpower allocation, material acquisition.
  2. Submit report on manpower consumption per item of work every payroll cutoff and compare this report with HR monitoring. Prepare and submit incentive reports for all completed housing projects.
  3. Prepare a summary of materials and manpower monitoring on a monthly basis.
  4. Record all material purchased and transmit the receipts to accounting.
  5. Make sure to transmit all Sales Invoice and proper documentation to the concerned department.
