January 14, 2025
WRLD Capital Holdings Inc. (WCHI), Asiawide Land’s parent company, marked a significant step in reaching its global clients through a new international partnership with Bahay Sa Pinas USA, Inc. (BSP), a prominent “one-stop shop” for overseas property buyers wishing to invest in Philippine real estate.
WCHI and BSP commenced the milestone by signing a partnership agreement on January 10, 2025. This reflects WCHI’s commitment to meet the growing demand for high-quality real estate properties among overseas clients, particularly Filipinos residing abroad.
“We aspire to have a great partnership experience and I know that this could drive long–term improvements,” said WCHI President and CEO Engr. Rexfil C. David. “We hope that this is the start of everything and for the second time around, we hope to prolong this partnership.”
WCHI’s new primary partner will be in charge of facilitating seamless property transactions for international buyers, promoting WCHI’s developments across the United States, eventually, in Japan, Singapore, and Europe as BSP’s operations expand.
WCHI’s “build-and-sell” projects are promising to appeal to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and other international buyers, aligning with BSP’s mission to deliver efficient and reliable service to its clients.
“This partnership has been a long time coming,” said BSP CEO Vicente Bienvenido B. Gutierrez Jr. “We will be doing so many things and we’ll be sharing with you also some information so that we can help each other on the progress of the area,” Gutierrez further remarked.
This collaboration underscores WCHI’s dedication to presenting its developments to a wider market enabling overseas clients to purchase their ideal properties in Bataan and Tarlac. By expanding their sales efforts internationally, WCHI cements its reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the real estate industry.
With this new partnership, WCHI positions to provide overseas buyers with streamlined opportunities to invest in properties that align with their aspirations and long-term goals.
